Neal missing Malkin - 03-20-13

Generally speaking, there aren't too many reasons to be concerned with a team in the midst of a 10-game winning streak.

But if there's one aspect of the Penguins' recent success to be curious about, it's the lack of production by James Neal as of late. A 40-goal scorer last season, he has gone five consecutive games without a goal and four without even a point.

It's not that difficult to figure out why he's been blanked as of late. His cold streak has coincided with the absence of Evgeni Malkin who is currently sidelined due to an "upper-body" injury.
