Willie Moore no longer considering Duquesne

Written by Jenn Menendez on .

A source told the Post-Gazette Wednesday night that Willie Moore will no longer be considering Duquesne.

Moore will find out on Thursday if he will get a full release or if there will be restrictions on it.

Moore was one of two signed recruits who committed to Duquesne back in November.

He is a 6-3 combo guard from Cincinnati, Ohio.

Moore asked for, and was granted a release from Duquesne last week but his family advisor had said he would continue to consider the Dukes when the new coach was named.

Jim Ferry of LIU Brooklyn was named the Dukes new coach on Tuesday night.
