Pitt only had one player on the All-ACC Preseason Team that was announced this morning, but that's not entirely unexpected. The surprising part is that the Panthers' sole representative was NOT defensive tackle Aaron Donald. Rather, safety Jason Hendricks was the only Pitt player to make the squad, which you can see below...
|QB - Tajh Boyd, Clemson||DE - Jeremiah Attaochu, Georgia Tech||K - Chandler Catanzaro, Clemson|

Hendricks' inclusion does make sense. He led the Big East with six interceptions last year and had the most tackles on the team with 90 (including 3.5 for loss).
Donald earned 32 votes, which put him just two votes behind Jernigan for the second defensive tackle spot. He racked up 64 tackles last year, including 18.5 for loss (tied for 12th best in the country).
Punter Matt Yoklic was the only other Pitt player to finish in the top four at his position, earning four votes but finishing well behind Monday (41 votes).
