West Virginia QB Clint Trickett underwent shoulder surgery Monday to repair a torn labrum suffered in an upset victory against Oklahoma State on Sept. 28. Trickett through the injury for the remainder of the season.
Trickett paid a visit to Dr. James Andrews when he traveled to California in early January to see his father, the Florida State offensive line coach, and the Seminoles capture the national championship against Auburn.
Tuesday afternoon, Trickett tweeted a photo of the wound. And it’s, uh, a little nasty. Enjoy!
