The Steelers announced Friday morning that wide receiver Antonio Brown is ruled out for Sunday's AFC divisional round playoff game against the Denver Broncos.
Brown was concussed late in the fourth quarter of the Steelers’ 18-16 victory against Cincinnati Saturday night and did not pass through the NFL concussion protocol in order to be cleared to play this weekend.
With the news, teammates and fans weighed in with their reactions to the announcement.
Pacman Jones on Tuesday: “He’s going to be cleared Friday. I promise you, 24 hours before the game.” Good look, man. https://t.co/2VIbRWtnLJ— Stephen J. Nesbitt (@stephenjnesbitt) January 15, 2016
I don't want to even hear Pacman Jones' apology, not that he would actually do it. The fact he said what he did is an absolute joke. SMDH— BTSC Steelers (@btsteelcurtain) January 15, 2016
