2 for 1 win for Duquesne duo pianists

Duquesne University Music students Yuting Zhou and Anna Kovalevska won first place at the United States International Duo Piano Competition, held Jan. 4 to 6 in Colorado Springs. They had to submit a video before even being invited, then swept to top place. Kovalevska, a native of Kherson, Ukraine, and Zhou, a native of Guangzhou, China, placed first in the professional level at the competition.
