Penguins

-Olli Maatta will undergo shoulder surgery while defensive prospect Derrick Pouliot has already had shoulder surgery.

-Jayson Megna had a goal and an assist for the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins in a 5-4 win against the Providence Bruins in Game 7 of their Eastern Conference semifinal series (above). Wilkes-Barre/Scranton won the series, 4-3. Peter Mannino made 21 saves in the victory.

Canadiens - Rangers

Blackhawks - Kings

-A hat trick and an assist by Jeff Carter led the Kings past the Blackhawks, 6-2, in Game 2 of the Western Conference final. Tanner Peasrson recorded two assists for Los Angeles while teammate Jonathan Quick made 23 saves. The series is tied, 2-2.
