Socialist Dictator

Hugo Chavez was re-elected in Venezuela despite being an insane dictator. In 2006, Chavez spoke at the U.N. General Assembly. President George W. Bush had spoken there a day earlier. Chavez said, "The devil came here yesterday, and it smells of sulfur still today." Guess he wasn't totally insane.
