The northbound Route 28 off-ramp to Etna and the ramp from Bridge Street to southbound Route 28 in Etna will be closed from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday to allow Lamar Advertising to change out billboards. The northbound detour is via the 62nd Street Bridge off-ramp to a left on Bridge Street and left on either Freeport or Butler streets. The southbound detour is to continue on Bridge Street to a left on Butler to reach the Route 28 ramp.

Traffic was being shifted to the left on inbound Route 28 today (Thursday) to accommodate continuing construction between the former Millvale Industrial Park and the 31st Street Bridge. Lane closures are possible before 3 p.m.
