NEW YORK -- Pittsburgh pride was alive and well inside the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week tents at Lincoln Center on Tuesday night as one of its own showed a collection on the runway.

Romina Vairo, 23, of Pleasant Hills was one of a dozen students and recent grads of Art Institute schools across the country selected to share some of their designs in The Art Institutes runway show.

Check out the video below to hear Ms. Vairo talk backstage before the show about the experience, nerves and what it means for her to be part of Fashion Week! (And check the Stylebook blog later for more from the event!)
