It's the day before the night before Christmas. Still have some shopping to tackle?

Many stores are staying open late (or all night) until the big day. Others are holding special last-minute events to help shoppers who are still struggling to find the perfect something for someone special.

Here are a few places to check out:

Emy Mack trunk show in Sewickley: For the fashionista on your list with a soft spot for shoes, try a gift by a Pittsburgh-based brand Emy Mack (pictured above at a trunk show last summer). Emy Mack shoes are high-end, made-in-Italy styles for women willing to invest for classic (classy), long-lasting footwear.

Shop the collection 5-8 p.m. today at 501 Beaver St., Sewickley. Information: www.emymack.com

Kohl's stores open non-stop: Through Tuesday, most locations are open around the clock. Plus, if you use your Kohl's charge card, you can take an extra 30 percent, 20 percent or 15 percent off your purchase.

Macy's stores in Pittsburgh open extended hours: Stop by your local Macy's department store today until 2 a.m. On Christmas Eve, stores will be open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

United Colors of Benetton winter sale: Through January 6, save up to 50 percent on apparel. The store's gift items selection also is stocked with stocking stuffer options, including ear muffs, watches, iPhone covers and more. In Pittsburgh, Benetton is located at 5513 Walnut St., Shadyside.
