Earlier this spring, Lani Lazzari, 19, of Fox Chapel appeared on the ABC reality TV show "Shark Tank" to pitch her Simple Sugars body and face scrubs to the show's panel of wealthy investors.
If you missed it, you can catch her sealing a deal with investor Mark Cuban (who grew up in Mt. Lebanon
) at 9 p.m. (EST) Friday when the network re-airs the episode.
The first time it aired, Miss Lazzari was bombarded with thousands of orders within a couple days. On a recent episode of "Live with Kelly and Michael," Mr. Cuban shared that Simple Sugars did about $600,000 in business in three days after the show.
"Her business is killing it," Mr. Cuban told Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan.
