Jupe Boutique on Carson St. celebrates 7 years

A staple of Pittsburgh's boutique scene is having a birthday -- and Jupe is inviting local fashionistas to join the fun.  Today through Saturday, the shop at 2306 East Carson St., South Side, will offer super savings, including up to 70 percent off new markdowns.  There also will be seven chances to win a gift card.
