Sorry, Jason Wu -- another designer First Lady Michelle Obama wore on inauguration day is her pick for her second official White House portrait.

Reed Krakoff, president and executive director for Coach, made the navy silk and wool crepe dress Mrs. Obama dons in the latest photo, complemented with a single strand of pearls and her much-discussed new bangs.  He also designed the rich blue shift dress and cardigan she wore Jan. 20 to the private swearing-in ceremony in the White House Blue Room, as well as the custom boots she sported the next day for the parade.

For her 2009 portrait, Mrs. Obama selected a black sleeveless Michael Kors dress.  Which portrait fashion pick do you prefer?
