Pruning, Peonies and Pollinators class at Penn Hills Lawn and Garden Saturday 3/23

Penn State Master Gardeners of Allegheny County are holding a Backyard Garden Lecture Series on Saturday, March 23, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at Penn Hills Lawn and Garden Center, 200 Jefferson Road, Pittsburgh, Pa. 15235.

Topics to be discussed are: “Pruning: The Kindest Cut.”

“The Peony and the Joys of the June Perennial Garden.”

“Pollinators and Beneficial Insects.”

Refreshments will be served.

Fee is $15.00 per person. Checks payable to Penn State Cooperative Extension may be mailed to:

Penn State Extension Allegheny County, 400 North Lexington Street, Pittsburgh, Pa. 15208.

Walk ins will also be accepted on the day of the event.
