I'll be talking gardening and giving away free seeds of 'Limbaugh Legacy Potato Top' tomatoes at this year's Duquesne Light Home and Garden Show at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center.

The LLPT tomato is big (1-2 pounds), meaty, pick and ugly too. This thin skinned tomato is the best tasting I've ever grown. Pittsburgh's number one heirloom tomato came from the late Fred Limbaugh. He inspired me to keep this legendary tomato alive! Here's the story.

I'll have copies of all my books to sell and sign. Grow Organic, A Gardener's Journal and Tomatoes Garlic Basil.

The Home and Garden Show signals the start of the season, every year there's more and more stuff for gardeners.

Here's my schedule-

Friday 3/1-12 noon Getting Started in the Garden, Tips and Tricks For Your Best Garden Ever.

Monday 3/4-5:30 p.m. Tomatoes, Garlic and Basil, What Else Do You Need?

Tuesday 3/5-5:30 p.m. How to Have Your Best Veggie Garden Ever.

Wednesday 3/6-5:30 p.m. Extending the Gardening Season, Grow Year Round Outside.

Thursday 3/7-5:30 p.m. My Best Garden Tips.

Friday 3/8-5:30 p.m. Tomatoes, Garlic and Basil, The Three Greatest Crops!

This is a video I produced a couple years ago which I really like. It's about love and daffodils at the show.
