This morning on the Post-Gazette High School Show on The Fan 93.7, we had LaVar Arrington as a guest, talking some about his high school days, what he is now doing in Washington, D.C., and some comments on Penn State and Coach Joe Paterno.

Arrington lives in Washington, D.C., has his own daily radio show, his own weekly TV show and also is writing a blog for the Washington Post. He certainly has found enough to do in life after football. Arrington talks some about growing up and understanding Paterno more these days. LaVar still is talkative, opinionated and still has a great sense of humor.

Also this morning, we talked with Mt. Lebanon standout running back-defensive back Luke Hagy. He talks about the 5-0 Blue Devils and what it's like playing three sports.
