Bowl practiced moved indoors
NEW YORK -- West Virginia was scheduled to practice at Fordham University this afternoon to open bowl week, but an impending storm has moved practiced indoors to the team hotel in midtown Manhattan.
The practice was supposed to be open to the media, but will now be closed according to a bowl spokesman.
Coach Dana Holgorsen, said bowl officials, will be available for a few minutes later tonight at Yankee Stadium before players are scheduled to be available for interviews.
According to multiple weather reports a strong storm is expected to arrive later this afternoon in the greater New York area, bringing everything from sleet, freezing rain and up to six inches of snow in some parts north of the city.
