WVU drops to No. 9 in AP poll

West Virginia dropped one spot to No. 9 this morning in the AP Top-25 poll following Saturday's 31-21 win against Maryland.

The Mountaineers were leapfrogged by the Big 12's Kansas State. The Wildcats upset Oklahoma last night 24-19, and moved up eight spots to No. 7, dropping Oklahoma to No. 16.

Right now six Big 12 teams are ranked in the Top-25:

No. 7 Kansas State

No. 9 West Virginia

No. 12 Texas

No. 15 TCU

No. 16 Oklahoma

No. 25 Baylor.
