Big 12 poll: WVU picked to finish No. 2

West Virginia is getting some respect heading into the Big 12.

The Mountaineers were chosen to finish No. 2 in the conference behind Oklahoma, as voted on by media.

Oklahoma got 32 of 41 first place votes and 396 total points, while WVU got seven first place votes and 339 points.

Oklahoma leads the Big 12 with its seven Conference championships in 2000, ‘02, ‘04, ‘06, ‘07, ’08, ‘10.
