WVU football scores solid APR
West Virginia’s athletic teams have scored a combined 975 in this year’s APR – Academic Progress Rate – according to NCAA data collected over a four year period.
That’s a pretty strong score, leaving no team in jeopardy of NCAA penalties. Teams need a 900 multi-year APR or need to average a 930 over the last two years to avoid being penalized by the NCAA.
The football team scored a 953 during the period – 2007-08 to 2010-11.
