Funeral arrangements for Bill Stewart
West Virginia shared the funeral arrangements for the late Bill Stewart this afternoon. They are as follows:
Thursday, May 24: Public Viewing
2 p.m to 9 p.m.at the Morgantown Event Center
2 Waterfront Place, Morgantown, WV 26501
Friday, May 25: Funeral, a private Mass for family, close friends, coaches and former players10 a.m.
St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church
1 Guthrie Lane, Morgantown, WV 26505
From there the funeral procession will be leaving St. Francis de Sales at 2 p.m. on Friday to his hometown of New Martinsville, W.Va. There will be an honorary salute at the Magnolia High School Football Field at 4 p.m. Coach Stewart will be buried at the North View Cemetery in New Martinsville.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the Bill Stewart Memorial Community Fund, C/O the Greater Morgantown Community Trust, P.O. Box 409, Morgantown, WV 26507.
