Patterson co-DC
Official roles will be announced Monday at West Virginia’s annual spring football luncheon, but according to a contract offer made by AD Oliver Luck, Keith Patterson was hired to serve as co-defensive coordinator.

Not a big surprise here. It’s seemed pretty obvious from the start that WVU would have co-coordinators this year, and when Patterson was hired it made sense that he would split those duties with Joe DeForest.
The document states that Patterson will: “Serve as the co-defensive coordinator and coach a position as assigned by the head coach.”
