MORGANTOWN, W.Va. -- The story that began yesterday with Jeremy Johnson mulling a departure from West Virginia has bled over into another day.
Johnson, the highly-touted freshman quarterback from Texas, did not practice with the team this morning. In his news briefing following practice, coach Bill Stewart explained that no final decision had been made and was noncommittal when asked if Johnson was "still a member of the team."
The thought process here is this --- Johnson will be gone for good and transfer out of Morgantown. Very soon.
