-The NHL and NHLPA held another round of negotiations and will hold another round today.

-James Mirtle of the Globe and Mail takes a good look at revenue sharing.

-Forward Bobby Farnham has become a folk hero overnight for the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins.

-Happy 42nd birthday to former Penguins forward Bill Guerin (right). Acquired at the 2009 trade deadline in a deal which sent a draft pick to the Islanders, Guerin spent parts of two seasons with the Penguins. Guerin finished 2008-09 by appearing in 17 games and scoring 12 points. In the 2009 postseason, he played in all 24 games, finished third on the team with 15 points and helped the franchise claim its third Stanley Cup title. He returned in 2009-10 and saw action in 78 games while scoring 45 points. He played in 11 games in that spring's playoffs and scored nine points. He retired following the season and is currently a player development coach with the Penguins. In 95 regular season games with the Penguins, Guerin scored 57 points. In 35 postseason games, he scored 27 points, 21st-most in franchise history.

Atlantic Division

-Flyers goaltender Ilya Bryzgalov, currently playing for CSKA Moscow of Russia's KHL during the lockout, blew up on Russian media following a game and denied an interview request citing his wife and parents as forbidding him from talking to the media.

Northeast Division

-“I’ve talked to a number of guys around the league that I’m close with. Everybody says they’re bored." - Bruins forward Gregory Campbell on the lockout.

Central Division

-Blackhawks defenseman Niklas Hjalmarsson has joined Bolzano of Italy's LIHG league.

Northwest Division

-"He had the utmost respect of every player who played against him or played with him. I don't think there was a player who would not consider him to be one of the best players who ever played. Not only of his era, but any era." - Hockey Hall of Famer Wayne Gretzky on former Avalanche/Nordiques captain/forward Joe Sakic (right). Sakic will be inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame Monday.

-“He’d do things that you’d just look at the guy beside you on the bench and laugh in amazement.” - Former Canucks captain/forward Trevor Linden on former teammate Pavel Bure. Bure, a forward, will be inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame Monday.

-Former Penguins goaltender John Curry, currently playing for the Orlando Solar Bears, the ECHL affiliate of the Minnesota Wild, was fined an undisclosed amount by the ECHL for spraying fans of the Gwinnett Gladiators with water after a recent game:

Adams Division

-With oodles of free time due to the lockout, Hockey Hall-of-Fame broadcaster Mike "Doc" Emrick will call a game for his hometown Fort Wayne (Ind.) Komets, the Ducks' ECHL affiliate.

-The NHL has limited coverage of the lockout on its various media platforms such as the and NHL Network.
