Blues - Sharks
-Brian Elliott made 24 saves for the Blues who defeated the Sharks, 2-1, in Game 4. Patrik Berglund and David Perron each recorded two assists for St. Louis which leads the series, 3-1.

-Blues goaltender Jaroslav Halak (ankle) is still wearing a walking boot.
Coyotes - Blackhawks
-Mikkel Boedker's overtime goal gave the Coyotes a 3-2 win against the Blackhawks in Game 4. Mike Smith made 32 saves for Phoenix which took a 3-1 series lead.

-Coyotes forward Raffi Torres will have an in-person disciplinary hearing with the NHL over his hit which injured Hossa in Wednesday's Game 3.
-Chicago coach Joel Quenneville was fined $10,000 for criticizing officials following the Torres hit.
Predators - Red Wings
-Will Red Wings captain Nicklas Lidstrom (right) retire after this postseason?
-“I’ve been asking myself different questions, like, ‘what do I have to do to get back in? What am I not doing that’s keeping me out of the lineup?’ Ultimately, I get whose decision it is, but I’ve been here in every playoff game in the past and I think right from the beginning of the series, you’re told you’re not playing and … what the (expletive)?” - Predators forward Jordin Tootoo on being a healthy scratch for three of the fourth games thus far this series.

Penguins
-Happy 58th birthday to former Penguins defenseman Gilles Lupien. Acquired prior to the 1980-81 season in a deal which sent a draft pick to the Canadiens, Lupien appeared in 31 games and recorded one assist for the Penguins that season before being traded to the Whalers for another draft pick.
IIHF World Championships
-Former Penguins goaltender John Curry (right) will play for the United States.
