The Penguins have played 11 games this season without the services of both Sidney Crosby and Evgeni Malkin. Crosby has been sidelined since Jan. 5 due to a concussion while Malkin has only played one game since Jan. 18 due primarily to knee injuries.
So the Penguins have had to make due without their two best players.
