Probable goaltenders: Marc-Andre Fleury (26-14-2, 2.30 GAA, .920 SV%) for the Penguins. Avalanche coach has not announced yet if Craig Anderson (13-15-3, 3.28 GAA, .897 SV%) or Peter Budaj (12-11-3, 3.19 GAA, .894 SV%) will start.

Injuries: For the Penguins, forward Eric Tangradi (head) is out. Forwards Arron Asham (undisclosed), Mike Comrie (hip), Sidney Crosby (concussion), Dustin Jeffrey (leg), Chris Kunitz ("lower body"), Mark Letestu (knee), Evgeni Malkin (knee) and defenseman Alex Grant (wrist) are on injured reserve. For the Avalanche, forward Matt Duchene (hand) is day to day. Defensemen Adam Foote (leg) and Jonos Holos (head) are out. Forwards Tomas Fleischman (blood clots), T.J. Galiardi (forearm), Peter Mueller (head), defensemen Kyle Cumiskey (whiplash) and Kyle Quincey (shoulder) are on injured reserve.
