Penguins recall Dustin Jeffrey again, Lovejoy out, Bruins starting Rask - 01-15-11
The Penguins have once again recalled forward Dustin Jeffrey (right) from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the AHL.
In four NHL games this season, Jeffrey has two points (one goal, one assist).
He is the AHL Penguins' leading scorer this season with 39 points (15 goals, 24 assists) in 36 games this season.
In a 2-0 win at Providence last night, Jeffrey had one assist and four shots on goal.
Defenseman Ben Lovejoy did not travel with the team due to an illness.
For the Bruins, forward Milan Lucic (undisclosed) and defenseman Andrew Ference ("upper body) will not play.
Goaltender Tuukka Rask will get the start for Boston. He made 23 saves in Monday's 4-2 comeback win at Consol Energy Center.
