Crosby sidelined due to mild concussion - 01-06-10

Penguins captain Sidney Crosby will be sidelined approximately a week due to a mild concussion according to head coach Dan Bylsma.
Prior to the game, when it was announced Crosby was not availalble, Bylsma said the injury was suffered in last night's game against the Lightning. It's believed Crosby was injured when he was boarded by Lightning defenseman Victor Hedman at the 18:41 mark of the second period.
Crosby was struck in the head during Saturday's Winter Classic on a collision with Capitals forward David Steckel and appeared to be stunned by the hit.
Crosby is the NHL's leading scorer with 66 points in 41 games. Tonight's game was the first he has missed this season.
