Flyers stun Bruins, 4-3 - 05-14-10

The Flyers capped off a stunning series come back with a stunning in-game comeback and advanced to the Eastern Conference final.

Daniel Briere (above, front) and Scott Hartnell each had a goal and an assist for the Flyers in a 4-3 win at Boston. The Flyers came back from a 3-0 deficit in the first period to claim this game. Backup goaltender Michael Leighton made 22 saves in the victory.

The Flyers came back from a 3-0 series deficit to claim the series. They became the third team in NHL history to do it. The Maple Leafs beat the Red Wings in the 1942 Stanley Cup final while the Islanders beat the Penguins in a 1975 quarterfinal series.

The No 7 Flyers will face the No. 8 Canadiens in the Eastern Conference final. It is the first time in NHL history seventh and eighth seeds have played for a conference title.
