Eaton out - 12-27-09

Penguins defenseman Mark Eaton will miss his third consecutive game due to an undisclosed injury. (PG+). He was injured in a collision with Sabres forward Mike Grier last Saturday in Buffalo.

In 36 games, he has scored seven points (three goals, four assists) and 66 blocked shots.

He will be replaced once against by the great Martin Skoula (right). In 24, games, Skoula has eight points (three goals, five assists) and 41 blocks.

With the Maple Leafs, goaltender Jonas Gustavsson (7-6-7, 2.86 GAA, .905 SV%) is expected to start according to the team's Web site. He made 20 saves in last night's 3-2 overtime loss to the Canadiens. He has never faced the Penguins.
