Goligoski records hat trick in 3-2 scrimmage win - 9-17-09
Defenseman Alex Goligoski (right) scored three times to lead the Black squad to a 3-2 victory over the Gold team in the Penguins' intra-squad scrimmage before a capacity crowd of 8,322 at Wachovia Arena tonight.
Luca Caputi and Mike Rupp got the Gold goals.
The Penguins, 1-0 in preseason play, will face Toronto Friday at 7:38 p.m. at Mellon Arena.
Note: According to Jonathan Bombulie of the Citizens Voice in Wilkes-Barre, forward Mart Letestu underwent arthoscopic knee surgery and will be out of the lineup 3-4 weeks.
