Question for you: The Heinz Field turf - whose advantage?

So, it is Backyard Brawl week, one of my favorite weeks of the year. There is, in all of sports, nothing like a good college football rivalry.

Something that could get a lot play this week from the media, in the run-up the Friday's game between West Virginia and Pitt at Heinz Field is this: Which teams stands to gain the most by a Heinz Field playing surface that, most likely, won't be in great shape?

Now, many of you probably watched the Steelers/Raiders penalty fest game on Sunday and saw how choppy, ripped apart and downtrodden the field was. Good chance it remains that way (or is worse) for the Brawl. Now, keep in mind, this is a place that has been complained about by NFL teams recently and a kicker who has been shipped out

So, as I do every so often on here, I want to hear from you on this. What are the advantages/disadvantages for each team because of the surface and how will this field directly impact this game?
