Dukes Q&A: The how-to guide
By Colin Dunlap | 12:30 a.m. Saturday
The other beats here at the Post-Gazette have Q&A interactions with their writers and it is something that, in the past, hadn't been done with the Duquesne basketball beat. But now that we have this blog, it makes a lot of sense to do it, as I do it for my West Virginia football beat and it is one of the most well-hit portions of that blog.
So here is how it will work:
It will be a rolling Q&A so to speak...there will be no set time I will answer the questions each day/couple days/week/whatever.
Instead as you send them in, I will wrangle a few together, wait until I have a couple and then post both your questions and my answer onto this blog.
Just a couple rules:
- Send your question directy to my email address ( This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ) ... your email will NOT be made public.
- Put "Dukes Q&A" in the subject line.
- In the body of the email, after your question, list a name (or the name you want to go by) and your hometown.
- Send them often. The more, the better.
To get a picture of how this works, you can take a look at a Q&A example from my WVU football blog HERE.
