Flying the flag

A story in the Post-Gazette yesterday about a Steelers flag designed by a U.S. Army veteran (above) generated an intense amount of interest from readers as to how they could get their hands on one fans could acquire their own to fly during games or tack up in their game rooms.

Per a league spokesman, each team is responsible for marketing their own flags individually, and it is not believed that the Steelers have taken steps to do so yet.

No word on when that might happen.
