A Rogue's Gallery at Heinz Field

Found a YouTube video (bottom) of Hines Ward riding atop the new "Tumbler" Batmobile during a break at today's Dark Knight Rises shoot at Heinz Field. (great photo here)

Ward was among a group of Steelers with cameo roles of the Gotham Rogues football team, and he will have a little more camera time than the others.Ward also addressed the crowd, thanking them for their patience in the heat, and introduced former Steelers coach Bill Cowher and welcomed him back to Pittsburgh, which drew a swell of applause and cheers from the crowd.

Cowher has a cameo as the Gotham head coach, and between takes he helped raffle off prizes to fans/extras in attendance like a regular Bob Barker. He was funny, and clearly happy to be back at home in Pittsburgh. It was something of a love fest between Cowher and the fans.

"We love you Bill!" some fans shouted. "I love you guys too," Cowher said, praising fans for coming out and adding that the fans weren't acting because he had witnessed that kind of passion as a coach, "even when you guys booed the mayor" which the crowd did. Pittsburgh Mayor Luke Ravenstahl played the kicker for the opposing team.

Cowher noted that he "hated being on this sideline" -- the Gotham team was set up on what is traditionally the visitors sideline at Heinz Field, and he also introduced the new "Tumblers" to the crowd, then brought the house down by adding adding "How about we use these on the Baltimore Ravens?"

Finally, during the shoot there were lots of explosions and pyrotechnics on the field, but would anybody actually notice?

Check out the video below, the PG's coverage and some other pics from the shoot.
