A Steelers Sunday at Saint Vincent

Another terrific day in Latrobe ... every bit as crowded Sunday as it was on Saturday, though not nearly as nice weather-wise. A really muggy was broken up for about 15 minutes with a steady rain, then it went right back to being steamy. Spent the better part of today working on this training camp video, so mostly just pictures for you today ...

As mentioned in Gerry Dulac's notebook, Moon Area and Penn State product A.Q. Shipley (no. 61)  -- "Q" to his teammates, though there's no evidence he makes lethal gadgets for spies -- has been working with the great Dermontti Dawson to enhance his technique.

First-round pick Ziggy Hood (right, in gold) had a series of battles with fellow rookie Kraig Urbik (no. 65) in the lineman drills -- Gerry Dulac reports on this in his camp video. The early buzz around camp on Ziggy is that he's been outstanding, even just two full days in. Clearly it's made an impression on the gent below:
