Feeling Puffy In Tampa

When travelling abroad, it is important to take the climate into consideration. OK, Florida is not "abroad", but it feels like a different country, especially after leaving the ice and snow behind. Tampa is not like Pittsburgh at all. There is a strange yellow ball in the sky and odd looking trees with leaves that look like giant fans. Oh, and the air is warm. Instead of sweat pants that double as pajama bottoms, shorts are the fashion. The all-season stocking cap wearers are few and far between. Needless to say, I am way overdressed in my down puffy coat, wool hat and mittens.
