Cartoon Delegate: Hurricane Ryan

I arrived in Tampa yesterday just ahead of whatever storm is approaching. As I unpacked my suitcase I listened to news reports about how Paul Ryan had not given the Romney ticket the much-needed bounce it was looking for. I was reminded of my first convention in 1988 when George H.W. Bush chose Dan Quayle as his running mate with hopes it would energize his campaign.
