Brewed On Grant: Parkway Pig

In case you missed it, there were two recent stories of animals distracting commuters on Pittsburgh's roadways. One involved a cute little pig wearing a scarf running along the Parkway West. The other was a tale of amorous bovines shocking drivers on Route 28. I'm as much of an animal enthusiast as the next guy, but please ... don't we already have enough traffic jams on our highways?
