Falling Bus

Raising fares and cutting routes is not a solution to the ongoing transit nightmare. It only hurts the people who need a public transit system the most. Taxpayers should demand that Harrisburg, Pittsburgh and Port Authority work together to come up with a lasting solution. Smaller cities than Pittsburgh seem to be able to fund their buses and trains. Why can't we?
