Unknown Soldier

I am happy that "don't ask, don't tell" has been repealed, but it has taken way too long. It is a disgrace to the honorable men and women who have served in the military that it took our government this long to say it is OK to be gay. Up to this point gays in the military were forced to deny their own freedom while fighting for the freedom of the rest of us. Uncle Sam was telling them it was OK to take a bullet for their country as long as they did it from inside the closet. That is no way to treat our heroes.
