Real war news

I read the article "Facing Down Terrorists" in the Feb. 26 Sunday Magazine about the former Army Ranger who wrote the book "Outlaw Platoon." I am curious why the event in the book about the young boy being blinded, having his teeth knocked out and being raped for weeks by the Afghan insurgents was never reported by our media but something as stupid as our men urinating on dead insurgents made front-page news?

I am sick and tired of our military being hamstrung by politically correct politicians who know nothing about what it is like to live through the horrors of war and still remain sane.

Why don't you in the media wise up and do what you are supposed to do and report all the news? Not just what you want people to know about your slanted opinions of our troops.
