Isn't it treason?

Written by Susan Mannella on .

The well-intended May 14 editorial "Dead to Rights" seems to overlook one idea. I am not a lawyer, so my interpretation of the Constitution may be flawed. Did everybody forget that treason is a crime in which a citizen attacks his or her own government?

Why not prosecute these citizens, whether native or naturalized, under this law, rather than write new laws, some after the fact?
