Banksville lanes blocked again this weekend
PennDOT has announced another weekend of Banksville Road construction: the passing and turn lanes will be closed from 8 p.m. Friday until no later than 6 a.m. Monday from the Parkway West to Beverly Road, with possible short-term closures and stoppages on the intersecting streets.
Water line replacement will disrupt traffic on Greentree Road in Scott starting Monday. Pennsylvania American Water is replacing a 16-inch line with a 24-inch main from Cochran Road to McMonagle Road, which could cause lane closures in both directions from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. weekdays for the rest of 2012.
Seems like a good time for this reminder:

Slide repairs are going to close a portion of Saxonburg Boulevard in West Deer starting Aug. 13. The road will be closed at 6 a.m. that day in both directions between Bakerstown-Culmerville Road and Henry Road around-the clock through mid-October.
