Paving nearly everywhere this week

Allegheny County is restricting traffic on McNeilly Road from Route 88 to Midland Street starting today. Work hours will be 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, with work on Fridays if necessary because of rain. Flaggers and Pittsburgh police will assist in traffic control. The work is scheduled to continue through July 5.

The following Pittsburgh streets will having milling and/or paving operations through 7 p.m. today: Berry Street from Ladoga to Straka streets in Sheraden; Brosville Street from Monastery Street to East Warrington Avenue in the South Side and Allentown; St. Paul Street from Monastery to the dead end, South Side; Bausman Street from Saw Mill Run Boulevard to Mathews Avenue, Beltzhoover; and in Sheraden, Hillsboro Street from Chartiers Avenue to Middletown Road; Tyndall Street from Kelvin to Huxley streets; Kelvin from Tybee to Tyndall streets; Tybee from Kelvin to Huxley; Huxley from Adon to Tyndall streets; Emporia Street from Huxley to Chartiers Avenue; and Middletown Road to Hillsboro Street.

PennDOT will pave Bull Creek Road from Millerstown Road to Ridge Road in Fawn and Burtner Road from Ridge Road to Freeport Road in Fawn and Harrison. That work will be done from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. through Friday.
