Onorato: Connector wasn't my idea

The Philadelphia Inquirer reports on how Dan Onorato, gubernatorial candidate and current Allegheny County executive, is dealing with criticism of the North Shore Connector project.

One note: the connector is scheduled to open in March 2012 -- not next March.

Mr. Onorato's political opponents would like to capitalize on public disapproval that arose after the project was too far along to stop. Most of those critics unfortunately had laryngitis during the years when the project was being planned.
