Weekend construction

So far, three big weekend construction headaches -- full closure of the Fort Duquesne Bridge's lower (inbound) deck from 7 p.m. Friday through early Monday; I-79 Neville Island Bridge restricted to one lane in each direction all weekend for replacement of pavement markings; and another weekend closure of Route 910 westbound from Route 28 to Locust Hill Road.
