Spotted: Ivana Trump at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week

Another day of styles and stars is underway at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week at Lincoln Center.  Badgley Mischka's runway show this morning was a celebrity magnet, with cast members from "30 Rock" and "Gossip Girls" filling up the front row.  Designer/reality TV personality Lauren Conrad also was in the mix.  Ivana Trump was on the guest list, too, and was spotted after the show being escorted back to the lobby.
